45-Inch Bust Bra Size
A 45″ bust (114 cm) is not one bra size: the cup depends on the underbust. Slide to your underbust and the size appears; the table below shows every size a 45″ bust can be.

The band comes from the underbust, not the bust. A 45″ bust on a 30″ ribcage is a full cup on a small band; on a 40″ ribcage it is a shallow cup on a wide band. Same bust, different bras.

Why one bust measurement gives many sizes: the cup letter is bust minus band. Two people with a 45″ bust and underbusts of 30″ and 36″ need very different bras: one a full cup on a small band, the other a shallow cup on a wider band.
A 45″ bust abroad
45″ is 114 cm. Once you know your underbust, the size converts: EU band = US band × 2.5 − 10; FR = EU + 15; AU = US − 22; IT = (EU − 60) ÷ 5. Cup letters match to D, then diverge: a US DDD is a UK E and an EU F. Use the converter for the exact label.
Get the underbust right
The tape sits directly under the bust, firm against the ribs and level all the way round. Round to the nearest whole inch; odd numbers round up to the even band.
The old +4 rule inflates the band and shrinks the cup. Use the underbust reading directly.
If the band feels wrong but the cups fit, move along the sister row rather than changing the cup.

What bra size is a 45 inch bust?
It depends on the underbust. With a 42–43″ underbust it is a small cup; with a 38–39″ underbust it is a full cup. Measure the underbust and use the table above.
