Every number is generated by the published methodology; reviewers check the rules, not each page by hand.
Band and cup ranges and grading notes are checked against each brand's published size chart and fitting practice, and stated as typical, not absolute.
Written from professional fitting practice: the five fit checks, sister-size logic, shape-to-construction matching, and kept educational; clinical situations defer to care teams.
